PDA 【Pile Dynamic Analysis】

PDA frame is available to be rent on weekly base from us. The frame is design and manufacture by TSC and it is the first of its kinds in Malaysia. No matter what type of pile size, working load or test load we got the solution for you. Our frame is able to select the ram weight from 14ton to 78ton. The frame is able to fit 2600mm diameter pile size and below. We have confident to get 8200 metric ton without any significant lost and uneven impact.

A. Hydraulic Legs
Four hydraulically extendable legs are fitted at the bottom of the PDA frame to allow optimal adjusting to level the

B. Hydraulic clamps
Hydraulic clamp is used for catching and releasing drop mass at a stable manner to achieve the highest RMX.

C. Hydraulic Operated Drop Mass Lifting Frame
Four hydraulic cylinder together with guide frame act as internal lifting system to a balance drop height of 2 meters.

D. Modular Drop Mass
Main drop mass (14 tons) is connected to 7 optional drop mass (9 tons each) using simple lock pin to allow easy and fast assembly and disassembly.

E. Easy to set up
Number of optional drop mass are stack up follow by the main drop mass to acquire require mass. Frame weighing 20ton can be easily lifted to position. Test begin
